Easy replacement
If you wish to replace your article with a different colour or size, please contact our customer service first, to check availability of the desired items. In case we have
it in stock, we will be happy to reserve it for you.
Return − Easy and simple
That's how it works:
- Put the article back into the original box.
- Fill out the return form which comes with every order and add it to the return bag. This way, we can process your return even faster!
- Close the return bag. You may use our original black bags for returning an order. It has an adhesive strip which should close again safely.
- Send the parcel back to us.
